e2v aerospace and defense (e2v a&d), a leading provider of technology solutions to the US aerospace and defense markets, has hired R.E. Skip Hoover as Vice President of Business Development for their RF Power Solutions (RFP) division.

“Skip is an experienced business development executive with a proven track record of success in the RF and microwave industry” said Robert Brevelle, President of e2v a&d.  “Skip is a strategic addition to the RFP team.  He is committed to supporting the warfighter with innovative electronics solutions, and under his leadership, we will expand our value proposition to better meet the needs of our customers”.    

Skip brings over thirty years of applications engineering, sales, and business development experience, and joins e2v a&d from CAP Wireless, where he held the position of Vice President of Sales. Skip has held executive level positions at Sirenza Microdevices, M/A-COM, and Watkins-Johnson and served as an EW Specialist in the US Air Force.
