e2v aerospace and defense (e2v a&d), a leading provider of technology solutions for high performance systems, has hired Brad Little as Vice President & General Manager High Reliability Semiconductor Solutions (HRS). In this capacity Brad has profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for e2v a&d’s HRS business including sales, business development, engineering and marketing.

Brad brings 18 years of experience in building successful organizations within the high reliability markets. His background includes strong general management and P&L management experience within corporate operations, sales, marketing, product and human resource management functions.
Most recently, Brad served as Enhanced Industrial Segment Manager at Texas Instruments in Sherman, Texas, where he was responsible for developing the worldwide strategy for new applications within the industrial and high rel markets including: defining new product roadmaps, worldwide support infrastructure, training programs and teams to enable accelerated revenue growth.
